Stewart Geddes is a fully accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MIACP) with over a decade of experience helping people break free from anxiety. As the author of The Professional Worrier, Stewart specializes in anxiety treatment, empowering individuals to understand their fears, reframe negative thought patterns, and regain control over their lives.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Stewart provides practical tools to help clients manage anxious thoughts, reduce overwhelm, and build long-term resilience.

Jean Notaro is a highly experienced and accredited psychotherapist, specializing in Schema Therapy for individuals struggling with deep-rooted emotional challenges, personality difficulties, and long-term psychological distress. As an accredited member of both the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) and the International Society for Schema Therapy (ISST), she brings a wealth of expertise in treating complex cases, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and emotional instability.

Jean completed her Schema Therapy training in 2013 and is a founding member and active committee member of the Schema Therapy Association of Ireland (STAI). She also has specialist training in sexual addiction and compulsivity, helping individuals navigate compulsive behaviors with a compassionate and structured approach.

Deirdre Costello is a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (MIACP) with a unique approach that combines Person-Centred Therapy and Art Therapy. With a background in Primary Education and a deep understanding of how childhood experiences shape adulthood, Deirdre is committed to helping clients heal from past wounds and build emotional resilience.

Her training in Schema Therapy and Art Therapy allows her to help clients uncover underlying issues that may be affecting their current lives. Using creative expression, Deirdre provides a safe and empowering space for self-discovery and emotional healing.

Deirdre is passionate about working with adoptees, survivors of Mother and Baby Homes, and their families, offering compassionate support for complex identity and relational issues. She also offers “Creativity and Wellness” workshops to help individuals connect with their own healing potential.

Lucan Wellness operates as a referral agency and a provider of facilities for professional counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists who work independently from Lucan Wellness. This means that, once Lucan Wellness has made the referral to the independent contracted therapist, the legal and professional relationship is between the practitioner and the client. This also means that Lucan Wellness or any of its centre/administration staff have no access to confidential information.
